At Evolution Sports Performance Training, we want to train you to be as strong as possible so you can be prepared for your chosen sport or activity. Each activity requires a minimum level of strength in order to support that sport/activity. We evaluate lower body and upper body strength to base all of our individualized programming off of. We ask 6-8 weeks of consistent strength training to see results
