Lets Be Honest.

You’re serious about your overall health and personal fitness or you wouldn’t be here. Anyone can get on Social Media and find a standardized workout to complete and hand it to clients. That doesn’t mean those movements are right for YOU and could be detrimental to your overall health, even to the point of causing injury. Is there risk associated with exercise? Sure. Anytime you move (which is every day) there is risk. Should we minimize that risk when loading movements and exercising? Yes! That’s what sets us apart from other entities and training enterprises. Before we attempt to put a weight in your hand, we assess your movement with objective standards to determine if you are safe for that movement to be loaded with weight. That’s why we use a total body screen to determine your movement capabilities on day one!

Your movement profile is different from everyone else’s?

  • Your movement capabilities are different from others, so we strive to individualize your workouts to your movement capabilities in a way that’s safe and effective.


Movement starts from the ground up?

  • There will always be a “from the ground up” based warm up incorporated into your workout. We interact with the ground everyday but how we interact with that pesky gravity is a different story. We need to own what we do from a movement standpoint from the ground up.

  • At evolution, we want to leave you with the best movement habits that translate outside of your training into your everyday life. Whether that’s at your occupation, home or at your sport of choice, we want you putting coins into the “good movement” piggy bank often.


Training is a lifelong pursuit


  • Consistency is necessary for results. Consistently moving optimally is the key. If you consistently move poorly, it will take a toll on your body. That can look like a variety of issues (fatigue, injury, feeling lethargic consistently). We ensure that you are moving optimally so we can do our best to avoid these issues.


What you eat matters

  • Having the proper diet and hydration to fuel this machine we call our body is necessary. We have to feed the engine proper fuel, or we will run into system issues. Training is the easy part.
