You’re serious about your overall health and personal fitness or you wouldn’t be here. Anyone can get on Social Media and find a standardized workout to complete and hand it to clients. That doesn’t mean those movements are right for YOU and could be detrimental to your overall health, even to the point of causing injury. Is there risk associated with exercise? Sure. Anytime you move (which is every day) there is risk. Should we minimize that risk when loading movements and exercising? Yes! That’s what sets us apart from other entities and training enterprises. Before we attempt to put a weight in your hand, we assess your movement with objective standards to determine if you are safe for that movement to be loaded with weight. That’s why we use a total body screen to determine your movement capabilities on day one!
