At Evolution Sports Performance Training, we strive to create an optimal training environment for athletes to succeed in their chosen sport or activity. We utilize movement screening tools to ensure athletes are moving efficiently, safely, and moving toward their goal of being the best athlete they can be. We specialize in comprehensive athletic development and speed and agility training for athletes. Athletes will undergo a test in evaluation on day 1 that will include a thorough movement screen, strength, speed, vertical and change of direction testing. The programming will be specific to the individual athlete.
Strength Training
At Evolution Sports Performance Training, we want to train you to be as strong as possible so you can be prepared for your chosen sport or activity. Each activity requires a minimum level of strength in order to support that sport/activity. We evaluate lower body and upper body strength to base all of our individualized programming off of. We ask 6-8 weeks of consistent strength training to see results.

Speed and Agility
Evolution Sports Performance Training, we focus on improving linear speed, change of direction, power, acceleration and more importantly deceleration. We believe that sports are reactionary in nature, so we focus on utilizing reactionary drills in our speed and agility training. Speed and Agility training will be a part of every workout tailored to the individual athlete and their goals.
